M.C. Inspection

The draft results/report from the Housing Regulator has been received by the council. The final and public results should be published by the end of January 09.

The secretary will collect workshop ideas when the forum meets again in February.

Housing Sub Committee

The papers were on the table for all to look at. The secretary wished to remind everyone that the Housing Sub Committee meeting are open to the public. For information on dates can be found on TMC website or buy phoning Community Services in Elgin.

Forum AGM

The forum AGM date has been set for 23/01/09, Forres Lesser Town Hall, 10.30am – 12.30pm. Guest speaker Graeme Davidson from the MC. Chairperson and secretary to see to arrangements.

1.     Rennie Evans, Estate Caretaker, has now taken up a new position as a temporary Housing Officer at the Keith office.

2.     The secretary would like any ideas for upgrade suggestion for the Tenants Handbook. Required no later that the February meeting.

3.     The new £25m development for the Bogton area was discussed.
