The 1st hour of this meeting was solely to discuss the "Wish List" and to meet Rennie, the new estate caretaker for the Forres area.

Mike handed out an up to date print out of all the work that has been completed by the forum using their annual "Wish List" budget. This dated back to 2002/03. The hand out shows completed work from 2007/09 budget and pending work from the same budget.

Suggested work that was forwarded for next year's budget is as follows

1. Replacement fencing for Castle Street

2. Replacement fencing for Anderson Crescent

3. Replacement fencing and slabs at 3 houses at Coltfield, Alves

4. Replacement slaps in gardens, Seaforth Place, Findhorn

5. Replacement of public walkway slabs behind Claremont

6. Replacement fencing on Thornhill Housing Estate

More suggestions are very welcome.

Lorna asked if it were possible to have the guttering cleaned and roof moss removed within her own housing estate area. Mike told her there was a rolling programme for this type of work and he will e-mail the secretary with a copy of this information.

Angela informed Mike that there was an ongoing problem regarding asbestos shed roof at Half Davoch. As the tenant was present Mike informed him that he will try and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

The secretary handed Mike an account from the window cleaner that cleaned the windows at Leys Road after the moss removal was completed, this will be passed to John McDonald for payment.

Rennie Evans handed out a print out showing where and when he will be found during his working week. He gave a quick rundown of his duties within his role of Estate Caretaker.

Before leaving Angela asked Mike if it were possible for the forum to receive an up to date list of council properties within the Forres housing area.

Angela thanked Mike and Rennie for attending the meeting.
